1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the services of Superseil (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Platform": The Superseil website and services.
• "User" or "Buyer": You, the person who registers to purchase products.
• "Seller" or "Store": Superseil Inc., the entity that sells products on the Platform.
• "Products": The goods offered by the Seller on the Platform.

3. Registration and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• It is your responsibility to provide truthful information and maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

4. Purchase Process

• Orders: When placing an order, you make a binding purchase offer. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but confirmation of its receipt.
• Acceptance: The sale is formalized only when we send you an email confirming that the product has been shipped.
• Prices and Payments: All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed through our authorized payment providers. You agree to pay the full price of the order.
• Availability: Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is not available.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
• The risk of loss or damage to products is transferred to you at the time of delivery to the provided address.
• It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy

• Right of withdrawal: You have 14 days from receipt to return any product for any reason, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
• Process: To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@superseil.com to obtain a return authorization (RMA).
• Refunds: Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the refund using the same original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs will be borne by you, unless the product is defective or an error has been made on our part.

7. Limitation of Liability

Superseil's responsibility in case of disputes related to products (defects, incorrect description) will be limited to the total value of the order in question. We will not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (logos, texts, graphics, software) is the property of Superseil Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Perform illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Host or transmit malware.
• Perform data scraping or interfere with Platform security.

10. Modification and Termination

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes implies your acceptance.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of San Francisco, California.
